Another experiment, this time more successful, using cyanotype self portrait and text. I think the reason this works is because of the contrast between the yellow and the blue. It reminds me of the magic eye pictures we had when we were children, where your eye sees one thing, then the other. These optical illusions have a powerful emotional response, it is very pleasing when you see it!
